Yes: This is a major drawback to Depo use, as the continuous bleeding leaves few days available to use Depo for its' intended contraceptive purposes and sexual activity. If that is the case, consider an alternative contraceptive method.

Yes: Depo has side effects that include prolonged and irregular bleeding in some women. if symptoms worsen or affect daily living, consider swithcing to another form of contraception.
