Vitamin B12: deficiency is much more common that many have realized and is now often tested routinely as part of a check-up or evaluation of suspicious symptoms. Often it is not severe enough to cause anemia but a person can benefit from supplementation/replacement. Your doctor/whoever ordered the test can likely explain more. Stay well:)
