Eye health/vision: Check in with an ophthalmologist. Take a friend with you to hear the consultation and answers to your question. Okay to ask for referral from your optometrist, (who makes your glasses). Your eye sight and your eye health are important. There are vitamins with lutein, to help maintain eye health.
