Cycle changes: may be due to female hormonal fluctuations, thyroid issues, stress, tension, anxiety depression etc. Monitor your cycles with a menstrual diary indicating date of start, stop, spotting, heavy, cramping etc. If irregular bleeding may be related to sexual intercourse, get a pregnancy test and a GYN exam.
