Could a bowel obstruction cause back pain and hurt to walk?

Other symptoms. : A bowel obstruction will cause cramping abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, abdominal distention, and constipation. Back pain and pain with walking may occur but this would be secondary to the above symptoms.
