Little effect: Pneumonia requires a susceptible body and the "correct" organism. One half hour of cold is unlikely to provide such conditions even in the presence of an upper respiratory infection (a cold). While you might get pneumonia even in these circumstances, it would almost certainly not be caused by the naked cold exposure.
