Every morning for the last few weeks i've felt very nauseated, sometimes to the point of being sick (which helps). i'm not pregnant, so what gives?

Gastritis?: sometimes gastritis or peptic ulcer disease can cause similar symptoms. Have you tried heart burn medications and see if that helps with that feeling ? GI causes can be associated with nausea.
