Not related: Pregnancy can cause morning sickness. However, nausea does not prevent pregnancy. Please see a doctor to find out why you have nausea every morning.

If: If you are asking if there is a chance you could be pregnant - yes if you have had missed menstrual period and been sexually active without protection. Only way to know for sure is to test at the right time in your cycle and in relation to last intercourse. Morning nausea can be sign of pregnancy.
