Microneedling may: Needling is new and there are not a lot of studies yet. Stretch marks are a type of scar and scars are hard to completely eliminate. It is worth a try but the needling must be deep enough to allow for new skin to build fresh tissue inside the scar tissue. No products with acids, colorings, perfumes or anything artificial should be used on freshly needled skin. It may take many treatments to help
