Infection? STD?: Any abnormal vaginal discharge should be professionally examined. At your age, vaginal sympoms like these -- especially "creamy" discharge -- are often due to STD (e.g. gonorrhea, chlamydia, trichomonas), which might also cause altered menstrual bleeding. Or yeast infection. Get it checked out ASAP.
