My baby is 20 days old and seems constipated and gassy. what can i give him to help? he was born a month early.

Slow bowel movement: Your baby was born premature and likely to have bit mild slow bowel movement at present ,but will be O.K. as he grows .You can give infant( small ) glycerine suppository or one teaspoon of prune juice and watch the response . The baby will pass stool , if no result then talk to your doctor.
