Pelvic infection : You have symptoms of a pelvic infection. Pelvic pain and discharge occur when bacteria multiply in the cervix, uterus and Fallopian tubes and sometimes the ovaries. A pelvic examination needs to be done by a physician and samples can be sent to determine the type of infection. Antibiotics will be prescribed at that time. Hope this helps you.
