Pimples: Keep the area dry and clean, avoid very tight fitting pants or underwear. Try applying rubbing alcohol to these regions daily to eradicate staph bacteria which cause these outbreaks. If severe pustules or boils keep developing, a course of potent antistaphyllococcal antibiotics may be needed. Discuss this with your physician or dermatologist.
