A member asked:

I take corlanor for inappropriate sinus tachycardia & now my nocturnal hr is dropping as low as 48bpm - is this dangerous, should i see my cardio?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Give them a call but: Resting HR normally drops at night. As long as you don't have any symptoms (chest pain, lightheadedness, passing out), it is probably of little consequence. Hope this helps!
