Sounds scary!: This does sound like it would be upsetting. Is it a new thing? Did anything happen like an head injury or high fever? Any new drugs (Rx or not)? In any case, please do have a really good psycho-neurological eval. Try not to let fear prevent you from finding possible help. It could be due to many possible things - some quite serious - and you need to find out ASAP. Best!
