I think i have exercise-induced asthma. when i run fast i cough after. ran 5k 2 days ago still coughing. what can i do for it until see my dr ?

Dehydration: See a Pulmonologist or your primary Doctor to confirm if you have excercise induced asthma. Coughing is one sign of dehydration. Are you drinking enough water? You need a minimum of 1/2 weight in oz of water. You also have digestive issues. Did you have a C-section in the past or a hysterectomy or any injury in the front of the body. These will contribute to your digestive issues.

Need albuterol: You likely have exercise induced asthma. Albuterol for pre-exercise and during if needed. If you do not have any albuterol, warm moist are helps, can try sitting in a steamy shower or bath, warm water with honey and lemon are some home remedies.
