Lots of things can: cause sweatiness, hot feeling and perhaps even fever. Hormone issues (thyroid, cortisol, even lack of female hormones) can cause that feeling. If you have low grade fever from chronic infections, you can have this feeling. You may need to visit a healthcare provider for preliminary tests on why you feel hot and sweaty a lot.
