Possible: Generally a person would not get abnormally hot wearing pants in cool or cold weather. If your heat intolerance isn't due to overactive thyroid, estrogen deficiency or slight fever, then I would consider it unusual but not necessarily pathologic. Some people with hyperhidrosis simply have overactive sweat glands under certain conditions.
