A member asked:

I'm 28, have acute torticolis, and fibromyalgia. the past week i've gone to bed and woken up with a headache. i've tried everything i can think of?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Some approaches: 1. Try a muscle relaxer for the torticollis, and this might also diminish the neck triggering a headache. 2. Use Lyrica, Cymbalta, or Savella (milnacipran) for fibromyalgia. 3. Consider OTC preventative for headaches, such as butterbur, riboflavin, C0Q-10, feverfew, magnesium. 4. A Concierge consult might get this all organized.
