No risk, no worry: HIV is not known to be transmitted by hand-genital contact, including vaginal "fingering". And if your partner is near your age (18) and not at special risk of HIV, the chance she has it is almost zero. There is no risk for other STDs either. That risk will rise if and when you have vaginal, anal, or oral sex, especially unprotected -- but not before then.
