Hello, i'm 16 years old and just recently i noticed a small marble shaped lump near my pelvic area. i'm a girl and this has never happened to me befor?

Likely lymph node: That lump you are feeling is almost certainly a lymph node. We have thousands of these in iur bodies. They enlarge for numerous reasons, most commonly because of irritation or infection in that area. So one enlarged in pelvic region could even be from a scrape or bug bite on your leg. If it bothers you, have a doctor check it out to see if you need any specific treatment.
