Marijuana: Cannabis use suppresses secretion of testosterone in men, which may decrease libido and lead to impotence and gynecomastia. Cannabis use also causes decreased sperm count and motility. Changes in semen characteristics seen with heavy cannabis smoking may cause increased infertility.
