Hello. i started effexor, (venlafaxine)xr 75mg 2 days ago. 24 hours after my first dose i started having significant knee pain. is this a normal side effect?

Pure coincidence: Effexor (venlafaxine) does not cause isolated knee pain, unless you are experiencing an unusual allergic reaction, and in that case, there would be widespread joint involvement. Contact your prescribing doctor, as you most likely have an additional issue which needs to be addressed.
