i am having severe head and neck pain on the left side only with blurred vision?

Could be serious : Pain and blurred vision on one side can be very serious. Horners syndrome with a dissenting anurysm needs to be ruled out. Masses and pcomm anurysms as well. It may be something as benign as a migraine but more serious etiologies need to be ruled out. Head to the emergency room now!
