Unlikely: If you mean Z pak (azithromycin), then probably not. There are other antibiotics that are far more superior at treating urinary tract infections. A physician can help reach a diagnosis to determine if antibiotics are even indicated, and if so, the proper antibiotics to treat the infection adequately.
