A member asked:

I just want to find out if my moles or freckles are something to worry about. ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Generally no: You should watch your mole periodically to ascertain if the lesion has grown in size, become irregular, changed color, developed nodule, has an ulcer or is bleeding. If any of these happens, see your doctor. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine.
