Head injury.: Where you dizzy ? confused, loss balance, had transient memory loss, did you go to the ER? some of the above, none of the above. You may still develop along the time headaches, dizzy spells, audition issues, etc. Or none. Time will tell, usually 2-6 months.

You should be ok: Watch for any Neurologic abnormalities like dizziness,weakness,slurred speech,vision changes,or bad Headache that won't go away,especially if it includes a stiff neck.
