Infection: Your symptoms are consistent with an infection which may be a bacterial urinary tract infection or a viral infection with nonspecific urinary burning from fever. However if urinary frequency develops and urinary burning persists especially with fever, notify your physician who will send you for urinalysis and urine culture. Appropriate antibiotics will be prescribed if indicated.
