Possibly : If you mean that you are spotting about 15 days after your period Then this is midcycle bleeding or breakthrough bleeding. This is not normal but it is a very common problem. How to handle this depends on whether or not you're using contraception, desire to get pregnant and other factors. Hope this helps.
