Breakthrough: bleeding mixed with vaginal and cervical mucous. Keep a menstrual diary indicating day of start (S), end ( (E), heavy ( H). light (L) or spotting ((SP). Monitor cycles over 3 months and if issues persist bring your diary and see your GYN.
