No : Chlamydia and trichomonas are two different things. You cannot catch chlamydia from having untreated trichomonas. Both would need to be treated. Partner also needs to be treated. Consider condoms to prevent STI. Hope this helps.

No & no: Trichomoniasis is a protozoan parasite infection. Chlaymdia is a bacterial infection. Both are STD's. One doesn't morph into the other.
