Anxiety/panic: Anxiety is a very common problem, often due to the daily stresses of life. There are many things that may help, including learning ways to calm yourself, such as meditation, yoga or other exercise, or talk therapy with a trained specialist. Also, be sure to get adequate sleep. Avoid stimulants like caffeine and nicotine, which make anxiety worse. Practice your hobbies. Consider trying medication.
