A member asked:

How long do you bleed after you give birth?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Post partum bleeding: hello ~ BLEEDING should stop after the placenta is out and a shot of ergometrine given to contract the uterus. But you can get some very mild spotting for a day or 2 after, but there should not be any significant bleeding per se. thanks
