i have my c section 9 months ago.. until now i have this brown discharge with smelly odor... it gets worst after sex...

May be nothing : You may simply have some retained blood from her C-section or some recent menstrual cycles. Nonetheless, I would recommend that you have an examination just to be sure everything is OK and that you don't have some sort of bacterial issue.

Vaginal infection: Bacterial vaginitis typically produces the "foul odor" you describe. Have the md who did the biopsy check for the infection.
