They don 't work: High caffeine can give you heart palpitations and do not help with weight loss. I suggest talking to your primary care doctor for referral to a weight loss program if he/she thinks this is appropriate.

Yes: You could be jittery, shaky and tremor of your hands, you could have rapid heart rate, dizzy. It is caffeine over dosw! best is to spend more calories by physical activity and abstain from high caloric foods. Take no drugs for weight loss!

Yes: Nervousness, over-stimulation, tremors, insomnia, irregular heart rhythms, exacerbation of acid reflux to name a few. Side effects increased if u drink caffeinated beverages (coffee, tea, cola drinks, mountain dew, energy drinks).
