My reaction: Not sure why the patient would want to take tyrosine, and 5-hydroxytryptophan added to the Carbidopa-Levodopa, as this will provide No benefits. If this is Progressive Supranuclear Palsy, there is a big challenge, as PSP is unresponsive to the above meds. This needs sorting out with a movement disorder specialist.
