Lack of sleep: does not in and of itself cause early death. Lack of sleep has a negative impact on physical and emotional health. Please see your doc to identify or rule out medical conditions. Then see a mental health professional to learn ways to sleep better. Please do not use medication only, but learn strategies to help the root cause. Stop work/computer at lest 1 hr. prior to bed. NO screens in room.
