Tingling micturition: 28 year old lady with tingling sensation with urination. What is your occupation? Do you sit down a lot? Spine disease? Surgery? Pain? Smoke? It is a possibility you are experiencing pins and needles in a pudendal nerve distribution. However, please visit your MD for a full exam and a voiding cystourethrogram. An ultrasound can be used to make sure that you are emptying your bladder sufficiently.
