Neutral: Multivitamins are not usually needed for people in the developed countries except in cases of severe dietary restrictions. There is little proof that they would do much for allergies. If you were to take anything, vitamin D3 may be the one. There is also no proof that probiotics do anything for hay fever or asthma although they may be helpful in some cases of eczema. Try nasal steroid.
