No!: In order to get pregnant one of his sperm has to travel from his testes up and out of his body, then thru your vagina, thru your cervical os (opening), up your uterus, up one your Fallopian tubes and hook up with a just ripe and waiting for it egg prepared by your body for such hook up maybe 2 days/month. Not an easy proposition. But it does happen once in a while!
