Examination needed: You need to be examined by a GYN doctor to confirm what is the diagnosis. There could be many reasons why this area is painful i.e. infection, contact irritant, etc. Particularly herpetic lesions may present as a cut or blister and is very tender to touch. Such infection must be ruled out.
