I've been having headaches for multiple number of days last night i touched my face and there was a lump like the size of a pebble what might this be?

Headache: If you have a headache for several days with no know history of migraines or if atypical for your migraines go to doc/ urgent care to check it out. Can be sinusitis or lyme or rarely shingles/herpes or vision issues, migraine or mass . The pimple may or may not be related depends where, if tender could be beginning of shingles. f/u/ today w/ doc urgent care
