H pylori vs GB: GB pain is usually right upper abdomen, gastritis usually mid upper abdomen under sternum. Treatment is different. H pylori is easily tested with blood test or breath test and needs antibiotics,. Gallbladder may quiet down with antibiotics but usually needs to be removed. , It is diagnosed by ultrasound or HIDA scan f/u/ w/ doc
