How can i tell if i have a kidney infection? i have pain in my sides/ low back, headache and mild nausea.

Kidney infection: A kidney infection typically manifests itself in the urine. Frequent, painful urination, change in the urine appearance (cloudy/bloody) are frequently reported. Pain in the sides and low back w/out any urinary changes may not be necessarily related to a urinary tract infection.
