I've a kidney stone, not in any pain for the stone today but i still have severe nausea and a headache that won't quit. should i go back to the dr?

Depends : Not sure- typically if a stone is the issue you should have some sort of associated pain. However sometimes the stone can be so big and obstructing and in that case can cause your symptoms. This question could probably be better answered with some additional information. Generally if you have any doubts you should see your doctor.
