Pazopanib: Combination chemotherapy with doxorubicin and ifosfamide is standard and efficacious. We use pazopanib in second line to target VEGFR, FGFR, PDGFR, and other proteins. Also many targeted immunotherapies are in trials: https://clinicaltrials.sylvester.org
