Sorry to hear: Unfortunately, secondary brain metastasis is quite common with lung cancers, and prognosis under circumstances seems quite grim. I suspect that your Dad will continue to deteriorate, and likely will best be treated palliatively. Suggest you contact a hospice facility, as this can be very supportive and helpful
