Dizzy and Nausea: I looked up stemiltel but could only find stemitel, which I have no experience with. Why are you dizzy? How long have you had it? It is part of the flu? Is the room spinning? There are 100 possible causes for dizzyness and the first thing is to make a diagnosis. I like Emetrol for nausea.
