Wrist pain; rest it: If you are young and healthy, your body will heal itself if you give it time. This is a soft-tissue problem (ie you strained a tendon or ligament). Just rest it for a couple days. Limit keyboard time, writing, lifting with that hand. Consider taking some ibuprofen (600 mg every 6 hrs). Don't smoke - that slows down healing.
