Can happen: You may also start skipping periods, not a bad side effect of being on contraceptive pills, many women find this beneficial and convenient. However, if you are suspecting a pregnancy, then do a pregnancy test for peace of mind. May do this approximately 7 days after your missed period. Best Wishes
